How cute is this tiny little toy miniature capsule machine?

It even has a few yellow balls in it but it does not work or dispense the balls. The knob or button does not work and cannot be clicked or pushed.

This is a brand new unused toy but as it is an older toy that has been stored for some years, please expect some minor scratches or smudges. Please look at all photos carefully.

Measures about 4cm tall by 2cm wide.
