These are brand new deadstock from the 1980s or 1990s and are PVC pencil cases with kawaii cartoon prints of bootleg Little Twin Stars and other characters on the front. Each pencil case has a button flap enclosure.

These are in very good and clean condition for their age and they still have their protective sponge lining. But as with all vintage products, please give some leeway for any minor signs of wear and tear including slight dirt smudges or scratches.
